Mehmed is a Bahraini young man who has been living in Manama since his birth. He believes that a human should live a purposeful and a constructive life and life shall not always be wasted on joyful things especially if no wisdom is to be obtained through the joyful activity. He does not belong to any religious, political or social movement. He claims not adopting any humanistic notion as he believes that the Shia faith is a humanistic notion and a religion that each human should embrace as it is suitable to all humanity.
Mehmed is a mechanical engineering student, a lover of poet, artist, graphics designer, reader, writer, debater and blogger. He loves reading and discussing about philosophy, psychology, religion, fashion, art, sociology and movies.
A belief he has that all human beings share the same matter of existence (e.g. sand). In other words, humen in their daily life are to be more peaceful, more compassionate and more transparent as they all belong to the same matter, they are all one. As a practical example, he thinks that if an individual insults another individual, then he is insulting all of the humanity, the one body they belong to, which its molecules are distributed among humanity.
Mehmed believes that there is no good which is originated by any human except through an Islamic religious Shia leader who is Imam Ali Ibn Abi Taleb. Moreover, he thinks that a human heart is like a matter that should be humbled from time to time (e.g. clean it) for the sake of avoiding it from becoming dusty (e.g. evil). He does believe that evil’s existence in humanity heart is essential and cannot be avoided.Thus Mehmed totally rejects any statement that has the same tone as “I am good man/woman” or ” I am kind.”
“Do not say you are good, only Ali is good. I believe that Jesus stated that too” Mehmed says.
“Ali is the absolute truth and there is no right except Ali. Ali should be our vision for the sake of becoming human and reaching our peaks of humanity and removing the dust from the top of our hearts. No one is good except the good. That’s Ali. Truth is proportional unless Ali is the vision, ” Mehmed claims.
